Together, we discuss to develop a menu that suits you. I take care of purchasing ingredients, prioritizing quality and short circuits.
It’s then at your place that everything happens.
Arriving a few hours before the meal, I prepare all the dishes in your kitchen. I serve you directly at the table so that you benefit from the services of a dedicated restaurant. The kitchen and dishes are cleaned before I retire.
